This series consists of proclamations made by the governor. The proclamations concern declarations of special days, commendations for meritorious or special services and congratulatory statements. All of the proclamations are attested by the Secretary of State and embossed with the state seal. This series also contains two different forms of proclamations: commendations and appreciations. These are more specialized forms of proclamations which are filed separately.
